We want your WIMTHOR order to reach you quickly, safely and beautifully packed. This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders across Pakistan.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During sales, new launches and festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
- Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by call, SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be held or cancelled.

These are estimates. Delivery can be delayed by courier workload, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- A standard delivery charge applies to each order and is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Free shipping is available on orders above the amount shown on our website.
- Any additional charges for promotions or special deliveries will always be shown before payment.
Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery smooth.
- Online payment options are shown at checkout, where available.
- For large or bulk orders, we may request partial advance payment before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use it on the courier’s website, or message us any time for an update.
Delivery Attempts & Address
- Please enter your complete address, nearest landmark and an active phone number at checkout.
- Address changes are possible only before your order is dispatched.
- The courier will usually make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the parcel is returned to us.
- Re-delivery of returned parcels may require an additional delivery charge.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
Receiving Your Parcel
- Check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before accepting the parcel. Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with.
- Most courier services do not allow parcels to be opened before payment.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It is required for any damaged, leaking or wrong-item claim.

Packaging
Every WIMTHOR order is packed with care in premium, gift-ready packaging. Perfumes are sealed and cushioned to prevent leakage or breakage in transit.
