Welcome to WIMTHOR. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wimthor.com and every purchase you make from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our Products
- WIMTHOR offers fragrances and apparel, including T-shirts. We make every effort to show and describe our products accurately.
- Scent perception, longevity and projection vary from person to person depending on skin type, weather and application.
- Product photos are for illustration. Actual colours, packaging and bottle design may vary slightly due to screen settings or batch updates.
- Where a fragrance is described as “inspired by” another scent, it is WIMTHOR’s own interpretation of that scent profile. Any third-party brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for reference.
- Perfumes are for external use only. Patch-test before first use, keep away from eyes, children, heat and open flame, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Please check the size chart before ordering T-shirts. Follow the care label to keep your garment in the best condition.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, offers and combo deals may change without notice. The price shown at the time your order is confirmed applies.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the online payment methods displayed at checkout.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email, SMS, call or WhatsApp.
- We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, incomplete or incorrect details, suspected fraud, or repeated refusal of COD parcels.
- You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping applies on orders above the amount shown on our website.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control, but we will always help you track your parcel.
- Please inspect the outer packaging at delivery and do not accept a parcel that appears tampered with.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Perfumes
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Unopened, sealed perfumes can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.
T-shirts
- T-shirts can be exchanged for another size or returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have original tags and packaging.
- Items bought on clearance or final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your bank account, mobile wallet or original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the WIMTHOR name, logo, product designs, photography, text and graphics — is owned by WIMTHOR and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
7. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Reviews & User Content
Reviews, comments and photos you submit must be genuine and must not be abusive, misleading or unlawful. By submitting content, you allow WIMTHOR to display it on our website and social channels. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIMTHOR is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sindh, Pakistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
